About Total Sports Management, LLC
Total Sports Management, LLC ("TSM") is a New Hampshire based company that unites the hockey knowledge
and actual playing experience of former professional hockey player and Merrimack College scoring leader,
Casey Kesselring, with strong management and business expertise.
At TSM, we provide comprehensive sports management services for professional hockey players
and/or those who wish to play professional hockey.
So what does that mean to you?
Simply put, at TSM, we've "been there, done that". We have solid experience in playing, contract and
business negotiations. We have the expertise you need to give you the opportunity to be successful
both inside and outside the world of hockey.
We limit our clients.
At TSM, we're selective about whom we choose to be our clients. We only want to work with those players
who take their career seriously and are willing to work hard during hockey season and off-season to advance
their careers as far as possible.
Our Sports Management Philosophy
Our philosophy at Total Sports Management, LLC is to provide our hockey players with the best opportunity
for that hockey player to show and develop his skills. That means that we work to place our client-players
in the highest hockey league obtainable for that individual client, whether it be in North America or Europe.
We'll explain the advantages and disadvantages to both and we'll assist in placing you with particular clubs.
We passionately believe in educating our player-clients on what they can expect as a professional hockey player.
We help our hockey players maximize their careers.
Our objective is always to maximize the returns on our clients' hard work and investment in their careers.
We know hockey.
Casey Kesselring is our Director of Hockey Operations for Total Sports Management, LLC. Casey provides
our hockey players with experienced and expert advice and guidance gained from his own college and professional
hockey career.
As the Director of Hockey Operations, Casey acts as our liaison between players as well as with coaches
and General Managers at various hockey clubs in North America and Europe. He's responsible for scouting both
hockey players and hockey clubs.
Casey works with each of our hockey players to continuously match up that player with the appropriate
clubs at the highest level possible in pro hockey available for that particular player.
We know business.
We'll guide you through the negotiation process. We've "been there, done that" and know the "ins and outs" of business negotiations.
We offer services that you need to be successful on and off the ice.
TSM can arrange off ice hockey training and nutritional programs through independent companies and/or independent
contractors.
